Reviews:

“Thank you SO much for your visit yesterday morning. The entire grade level enjoyed your visit and the teachers have not stopped talking about how great you were! We appreciate you taking the time to visit, tell us about your journey and how you continue to write based upon small moments. This was great for the kids to hear as we continue into our school year and focus on how to be great writers.”

Alex Pagano, 2nd Grade Teacher, Alston Ridge Elementary

“Hearing Jacqueline Boeheim speak was a wonderful experience for my students. Not only did she talk to them about her job as a children’s author, but she also taught them about critical life skills like perseverance and bravery. She encouraged my students to take risks and never give up. She did a wonderful job engaging all of the students in my school, from kindergarten to 5th grade. I’d thoroughly recommend her!”

Alexis Kagel, Music Teacher, Hortons Creek Elementary

“Author Jacqueline Leigh brought in a really impressive crowd last Saturday, and one would have never guessed that it was her first ever book signing!

Ms. Leigh filled the room from the moment she walked forward.  She engaged the crowd from the beginning by asking them about their own dreams and sharing some of her own.  She set the stage by introducing characters Ford and Red and giving a little description of each, and as she read the book she totally became Ford and Red.  The audience was hanging on her every word as they waited on the edge of their seats to find out where the characters’ dreams would take them next.  She took the audience along the journey with Ford and Red commanded their attention with every page.

It was quite obvious this book was a labor of love for Ms. Leigh, and it is evident that her heart and soul is on every single page.”
